A folio sheeter has the following distinctive features:

-      high rotational frequency (up to 3500 rpm, the same as in printing industry)

-      minimum distance between bearing units

accordingly, it is difficult to carry out periodic measurements and maintenance

VIC-PRO offers a budget-friendly and efficient solution designed specifically for these specific features of all elements of a tiny and high-speed drive.

Special fastening tools are used for the installation on bearing housings with minimum distances and clearances.

A vibration sensor with minimum dimensions and comfortable direct M8 fastening is used for measurements.

For the diagnostics of belt drive components, an additional performance diagnostics function increasing the probability of diagnosis of defect appearance time is used.
